2010 Licence numbers must be worn on the back of your vest
and race number on the front of your vest.
You must run with the race number issued to you by the race
organisers to avoid the risk of disqualification.
Club colours must be worn for licenced runners, and
unlicensed runners, neatly dressed in accordance with accepted athletic
norms.
Obey all marshalls and traffic officers.
You must be an amateur as defined under ASA rules and over 16 years of
age on day of race, competing in the 21.1km and over 15 years for the 10km.
Identification and proof of age must be presented on request.
An athlete may only compete in the age category as entered on the Entry
Form & displayed on the running vest on the day of the race.
Official age category ID tags must be worn back and front by athletes
competing for category prizes.
Licenced runners / temporary licenced runners are eligible for open prizes. Temporary licenced runners will be allowed on the routes.
No seconding or vehicles will be allowed on route.
All runners participate at own risk and it is the responsibillity of each athlete to ensure that he or she is medically fit and healthy to compete.
Judges decisions are final.
